Here's a picture of a model that I put together in my spare time in last August, using a Power Mac 7100/66, Alias Sketch! 2.0, Painter 2.0 for the surface maps, and 80MBs of RAM. As you can probably tell, I'm an avid F1 fan, and I've always loved the Ferrari livery. This picture shows Ferrari 312, chassis number 0017, as driven by Chris Amon and Pedro Rodgriguez in the 1969 season - minus the wings. Sadly, it was a bad year for Ferrari. The car was quite quick but retired because of mechanical failures more than it crossed the finish line, Kiwi Amon's 3rd place in the Dutch GP being their best result. But it was still a cool looking car! I haven't even tried adding any kind of a background to this one yet, so if anyone out there wants to try please feel free!
